Introduction

Companies using DashBod can create their product or service offerings. These product or service offerings can be called up in a Sales Order, Purchase Order, Invoice or Bill.

Before you begin

If you need to create products in bulk, please refer to the article on how to import products.

Navigating to Product Listing

1. Click on Inventory at the left panel (Red Box)
2. Click on Inventory Control at the top bar (Blue Box)
3. Click on Products (Green Box)

4.Click Create (Red Box)

Input Product Details

Input the mandatory details in the following fields (Red Box):

• Product Name
• Product Type:-
  a. Consumables
  b. Stockable Product
  c. Services
• Unit of Measure
• Purchase Unit of Measure
• Internal Category

Updating product quantity on hand (if necessary)

1. Select a Product
2. Click on UPDATE QTY ON HAND (Red Box)

3. Enter the New Quantity on Hand (Red Box)

4. Click Apply
