Submitting an Overtime (OT) Request
Note: Each employee will only be able to login and create their own Overtime Request.
The following method is only for HR Managers or Super Admin users who are submitting for their employees.
Overtime hours and pay will be reflected in the Payslip upon approval of the Overtime Request.
HR – Attendance > Overtime > Overtime Request
Please follow the following steps:
- HR – Attendance Module. On the top bar, Select Overtime > Overtime Request
- Click “Create”
- Select the Employee
- Select the Month
- Select the Duration
- Click “Generate Lines”
- Check through the overtime report generated
- Click on the icon to approve, and icon to disapprove
- Click Submit Request
